One-on-One Coaching

Team Retreats

Come together and see what can happen with team dynamics and organizations on the move. My half-day, full-day, or multi-day team retreats are targeted to a specific goal. Think strategic planning, vision and goal setting, or the reorganization of a division or team. I create both an agenda and a safe space for connection, conversation, and change.


Full Circle Method

Kicking off with an individual deep dive coaching brief and team meet-up, this targeted experience first guides an executive and their evaluators through the Leadership Circle Profile 360° Assessment. A healthy mix of 1:1 coaching—in person and over Zoom—over the next 6 months help vision board, action plan, and mind the gap between where you see yourself versus where others see you. Two-day team retreats midway bring the impact to your wider circle.
